Meet Tom Force
Most people think real estate investing means buying property, finding tenants, and dealing with everything that comes with being a landlord. I thought the same thing — until I discovered mortgage note investing.
When I learned that you could buy the mortgage instead of the house and collect the payments without the headaches of property ownership, everything changed. I went all in on understanding the strategy, building a portfolio, and mastering the process.
Along the way, I was honored to be named NoteExpo Investor of the Year — not once, but twice (2022 and 2024). That recognition means a lot, but what drives me more is helping other investors see what I see: that note investing is one of the most powerful and underutilized wealth-building strategies available.
